A floating continent in Jupiter's liquid atmosphere provides a target for the first test of the Star Force's ultimate weapon, the Wave Motion Gun.
Notes:
Personal violence is covered up when Wildstar manages to shoot down the Gamilon pursuit plane following him. There was no "Got away this time!" line in the original. Also, when the Star Force destroys the floating continent with the Wave Motion Gun, the Gamilons were still on it. There was no radio transmission saying "We're alright Colonel Ganz! We took off just before it was hit." The scenes of a single fighter plane leaving the base were simply reused. Even as a kid, I thought it a bit odd that the entire station's personnel escaped in one plane.
Low on energy-focusing Titanite crystals, the Star Force lands on Titan, a satellite of Saturn. Derek Wildstar discovers his brother's ship, the Paladin, crashed and frozen in the ice, and begins to come to terms with his death.
Notes:
This is an episode in which some personal violence has been covered up by the American editors. Wildstar, Nova, and IQ-9 are chased by two Gamilon patrol tanks on Titan. However, the one which Wildstar manages to disable is said to be an unmanned robot "drone" tank. In reality, it is quite manned (or Gamilonned), and Wildstar manages to open up its lid and shoot the drivers inside.
