The Star Force is taken to task by Gamilon's most deadly weapon, the Reflex Gun, a planetary gun which can fire around objects with the help of reflector satellites.

1-08. The Reflex Gun, part II (Yamato Braves Death! Destroy the Reflection Satellite Gun!!)

Derek, Dash, and Kato (English name) infiltrate the Gamilon base on Pluto and destroy the Reflex Gun. Gamilon Colonel Ganz and Bane escape with their fleet into space.

As a result of the destruction of the base, planet bombs no longer fall on Earth.
